Refund policy

Our 30-day returns

If something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

What can be returned

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached.
  • Please use the original packaging where possible.
  • Earrings are final sale and can’t be returned for hygiene reasons, unless they arrive faulty.

How to start a return

  1. Email us at contact@wearodaline.com or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and send them using a tracked shipping service. Keep the tracking number until your refund arrives.

Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can match your return to your order.

Return shipping

Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered (see below). Original shipping charges are not refundable, except when the item was faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return arrives, we’ll check it and email you to confirm. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days to show on your statement.

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. For a different size or color, the quickest way is to place a new order for the piece you want and return the original for a refund. That way your new piece is on its way right away.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund, including any shipping you paid, and we’ll cover the cost of the return if we need the item back.
